Our Moment Cafe Chula Vista Rec Center

Village residents are welcomed to join us at one of two cafes each month.  During the two hour cafe,  care partners and their loved ones with recently diagnosed or early stage Alzheimer’s or dementia will have the opportunity to socialize with others who are sharing their journey.  Activities could include crafts, music, chair yoga and dance.  Snacks are provided.  There is no cost to attend.  For more information or to register, please visit our website at ourmomentcafe.org
