Better Together

We are looking for individuals that are experiencing memory loss to join us, along with their caregivers, on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at Belchertown Senior Center for a fun and engaging program! Participate in a program with Fallon Health’s PACE, and meet those on a similar journey. Coffee and a light snack are provided.  This is not a drop-and-go program, we prefer to enjoy the activity with both the caregiver and loved one in a safe space.
