AgeSpan Memory Cafe

Our Memory Cafe offers a judgement free zone where the caregiver and their loved one can enjoy time together doing engaging activities with their peers.  We visit various Council on Aging facilities in our catchment areas.  This allows us to reach more people and share info on our Family Caregiver Support Program.  During the winter months of January, February, and March we offer virtual Memory Cafes via the team’s format.  All attendees are required to register.
