Oakwood Creative Care’s Memory Café is a welcoming and lively space where care partners and individuals living with dementia can come together to connect, laugh, and enjoy meaningful activities and support in a relaxed setting. Expect engaging conversations, creative experiences, and a sense of community that will leave you smiling.
