Connecting DOTS Dementia Conversation Cafe

Join us for dementia friendly conversation cafe.  A safe and supportive place for caregivers and those living with dementia to connect socially.  We share experiences, information and resources.  We connect with others on a similar journey who understand.  Cafe is free and informal.  Registration is not required.
