Our monthly Memory Café is a welcoming space for individuals with dementia and their care partners to connect, share experiences, and enjoy meaningful moments. Through conversations, creative projects, and shared stories, we build a supportive, welcoming community. Open to all, including residents of Groveland and surrounding towns.
