The Journey: A Memory Cafe at the Hampden Senior Center

Join us at the Hampden Senior Center, every Friday from 10:00am-12:30pm for The Journey:  A Memory Cafe.  Our Memory Cafe is a welcoming place for individuals with memory challenges along with their caregivers and/or family and friends to gather in a safe, supportive and engaging environment.  The cafe provides conversation, socialization, various activities and lunch.  There is NO COST for this program.  Please contact Wendy Cowles at 413.566.5588 or outreach@hampdenma.gov.
