Social Café

The Social Café is an in-person, safe and welcoming event for people living with dementia and their care partners who gather for fun and social camaraderie. It is a place to make new friends and meet people who accept and share your journey as we age. It is all about that feeling of belonging and making social connections and enjoying life in the moment.
