Connections Memory Cafe -*Temporary Location for April*

For April 10, we will meet at the Free Library of Springfield Township!

We will be back at William Jeannes Memorial Library in May!

Our Memory Cafe is a welcoming space for those with changes in memory or thinking, dementia, or cognitive changes, and their care partners. Enjoy conversation, light refreshments, and simple activities like music, art, games, or storytelling in a safe, supportive setting.
