JCS Memory Cafe L'Chaim

Individuals with Memory Changes and their Care Partners are invited to join us at the JCS Memory Cafe at L’Chaim Day Program on the 4th Wednesday of each month from 2:00-3:00pm for engaging activities, interesting conversation and delicious refreshments.
