Cognitive Connections Community

Join us for a welcoming social opportunity for people living with brain changes (due to MCI, Alzheimer’s, or any type of dementia). Each month, people living with cognitive change and their care partners will have an opportunity to share a fun, dementia-friendly activity together as we build community connections.
