Meaningful Connections Memory Cafe

Join us on the third Thursday of each month from 11:30am -1:00pm for our Meaningful Connections Memory Cafe! Our memory cafe is a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals living with memory loss and their care partners. Each month we have entertainment followed by a light lunch.
