Memory Café – every 2nd Friday from 1:30-3pm at Elder-Well (2405 Schofield Ave., Ste 120, Weston—inside AbbyBank next to Target).
Join us for fun, connection, music, crafts & snacks in a welcoming space for those with memory challenges. Free—participants must attend with a caregiver.
