Together Today "All-County ZOOM" Cafe

Caregivers and care partners living with dementia, Alzheimer’s Disease or related memory/cognitive challenges are invited to join us for a truly unique experience featuring NYC jazz musician and educator, Hayes Greenfield. Hayes will help us create “sound sculptures” in our quarterly ZOOM cafe. Event is free; Zoom link is sent to registrants one day before the event.
