Our Memory Care Cafe offers a welcoming space for individuals living with memory loss and their care partners to connect, socialize, learn and enjoy engaging activities together. Designed to reduce isolation and foster community, each gathering encourages meaningful conversation, creativity, and shared support in a relaxed environment.
