The Nature Connection

Explore the sights and sounds of nature while indoors at The Nature Connection’s Memory Cafe for people living with dementia and their care partners. Every third Friday of the month from 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., this intentionally curated gathering provides opportunities for participants to touch, learn about, and engage in gently facilitated conversations centered around plants, animals, and natural materials. Enjoy tea, cookies, and meaningful connection with nature, and each other.
