Memory Lane Cafe

Enjoy fun games, friendly people and good treats at the Memory Lane Cafe. Yarmouth residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s are eligible. We offer this for fun and also to help the family or loved one of someone with dementia. This group meets once a week for two hours.
