Jacksonville Beach  community memory café provides people with early to mid-stage dementia and their care partners a safe space to connect and  celebrate their  relationships through  interaction and education and FUN!   

While  we look for a new meeting space, please join us via ZOOM on the first Monday of the month, 10:00-11:00 AM for a morning of socializing with  interesting and engaging programs.
