South Loop Memory Cafe

The South Loop Memory Cafe is a social event for persons living with dementia and their care partners. We meet in person on the second Thursday of each month from 1 – 2 PM at Second Presbyterian Church, 1936 S. Michigan Ave., Chicago, 60616.
