Memory Cafe at the J

Join us at the Uptown JCC on the first Tuesday of the month at 2:00-3:30 PM for an afternoon of socializing, interesting and engaging programs, and delicious treats.  This program is free and open to the public.  This is not a drop off program.  Instead, it is an opportunity for caregivers and their loved ones with memory loss or dementia to socialize in a safe, non-judgmental environment.  Please RSVP by Monday morning by emailing josh@nojcc.org.
